Room-Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation
Co-first author. GPU-accelerated micromagnetic simulations validated the deterministic, collective skyrmion-to-stripe transformation in Fe3GaTe2 for neuromorphic synaptic devices, achieving 0.66 pJ per operation and 96.1% MNIST accuracy.
